About the project
At SMS, I have led various Customer/User Experience, Information Architecture, Research projects for several clients including Government, NGO, Finance and Education. Key responsibilities included:
- Apply Design Thinking and Human-centred design approach to align with user needs and business objectives.
- Conduct User Experience study for clients to advise solutions on digital experience, information architecture, interface design, interaction design, visual design, and content management.
- Facilitate workshops for brainstorming, user research, requirements gathering and validation.
- Producing concept mock-ups, interactive prototypes, and functional specifications.
- Produce engaging visual designs aligned with best practices and Web Standards.
- Implement fresh, innovative and collaborative design by leveraging UCD and agile approach.

Engaged by Westpac Bank as a lead User Experience (UX) designer to successfully launch a customer need based mobile site with awesome mobility experience; I was responsible for all stages of planning, research, analysis, designing and documenting the customer experience.
MLA – Meat & Livestock Australia
MLA wanted to leverage the information architecture and search capabilities within the organisation to achieve significant operational benefits. Delivered an innovative document centric information management solution based on SharePoint 2010 to address the client’s business problem, that will guide MLA towards a new approach to categorising, storing, accessing, and working with their information.

Engaged by FOXTEL to review, analyse, and design the User Experience for FOXTEL online Digital Asset Management System. The outcome was focused on to maximise the usability of the system and was successfully implemented with capability of managing complex workflows with high volume digital assets of over 80 partner TV channels.
