myGovID
“myGovID”, Australian government digital identity program, one of the high profile whole of Gov initiatives, that will give Australian residents and businesses a single and secure way to create a digital identity which can be used to access online government services.
As a senior User experience/service designer at myGovID team, my key responsibilities included:
– User research
– Collaborative design (co-design) and user testing to understand the user needs
– Design thinking to develop conceptual design
– Develop conceptual design, customer journey, wireframe, UI/Interaction design and clickable Prototype for desktop and mobile
– Work closely with Digital Transformation Agency (DTA) to align with Digital Standards
– Work closely with other federal agencies including DFAT, DHS, and DSS.
– Facilitate collaborative forum with multidisciplinary team including Business Analyst, Solutions Architect, Project Management Group, Biometric Working Group, and Creative Services in Agile and collaborative delivery environment
myGovID is your digital identity which makes it easier to prove who you are online – it’s like the 100 point ID check but on your phone. During the public beta you can use your myGovID to log in to government services.
