EduWise eLearning & School Management

EduWise – All-in-One desktop/mobile School management ERP and eLearning platform to automate educational institution. This system is designed for Teachers, Parents, Students, and Administrators to provide powerful tools to monitor students and keep track of their school journey, communication with parents and access to critical information. Key tasks included:

• Undertake research to identify the challenges faced by a school (public or private) that could be pro-actively addressed by better analysis of data and reporting of it.
• Identify the need of teachers, parents and students to manage their academic and social learning.
• Produce various stages of concepts, customer journey, touch points, wireframes, and Prototypes to communicate user needs and business objectives
• Develop UI and visual design for ERP platform.
• Validate the concept solution with nominated stakeholders (schools) currently being engaged with.

Outcome:

• Successfully delivered detailed design solutions for desktop and mobile.
• The ERP is currently pilot launched in 50 schools.
• The sponsoring organisation aims to implement in 10,000 schools in south east Asia by 2022.
